Returning An Item
If you receive the product and you aren’t satisfied, please return the item to the PlantWarrior Headquarters, in its original condition and within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you with the address once requested from us. At PlantWarrior we gladly accept refunds on all our products, permitting you haven’t intentionally opened the product.
Please keep proof of postage as evidence.
If you receive one of our products and it’s faulty, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number, your full name and address, details of the product and the full reason for return.
Our customer service team will advise you on the next steps to complete your return.
You have 7 days from the receipt date to notify us of any faults associated with the product and 12 days from this receipt date to return the item to us.
Please note that with all PlantWarrior transactions:
- A returned product can take up to 18 working days for us to receive it, unless it’s sent via special delivery.
- The product is under your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you send the item using a delivery courier than insures you for the value of your sent goods.
- The cost of returning the product(s) to PlantWarrior HQ is also your responsibility; however we will pay the fee for the 3rd act of postage if required.
